A word about Miguel from the Salon Owner. Miguel is a very modest person, not one to blow his own horn, I have to tell you he is truly one of the most creative and talented hairstylist I have had the pleasure to work with. His eye for what a clients individual needs are, is remarkable. I have seen Miguel take years off the look of someone with just as little as an update in their hair cut, and I have seen him change and bring out a new being with a total look of color and cut. I must warn you Miguel is a perfectionist so if your an A type personality I don't suggest you book with him. He takes his time in what he does and it's well worth the time. His focus and thought in what he's doing at that moment allows for wonderful transformations. Transformations that his clients can easily replicate at home. I have the most gawd awful hair, thick uneven curly, and very drab dull color. in totally desperation my sister made an appointment for me with Miguel, the first thing i said when I sat down was "chop it off, gone I have had enough of my hair ruling and/or ruining my life" after an uncomfortable laugh from him he convinced me to let him just trim it with a Razor instead of the scissors that all stylist have taken to my hair. After a good 45 minutes of him precisely cutting he then suggested that I allow him to put on a glaze to boost my color. I stressed that my goal was to free myself of my hair and it's needs not to create more upkeep. Anyway he explained a Glaze to me and I reluctantly said yes. Now this had been six months ago and I have had more compliments, praises and positive feed back on my hair then in my whole life combined. I see Miguel every 6 to 8 weeks for a glaze and every 4 to 6 months for a cut and I LOVE MY HAIR, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT my dead drab color has come to life with shine and luster and my Razor cut is the only way I Will ever have my hair cut again.
